As a Business Application Specialist ERP, you will be the primary point of contact for ERP-related support in our Poland office. You will provide technical and functional support for our ERP landscape, with a particular focus on application administration, troubleshooting, configuration, integrations, release and continuous improvement. This role bridges technical understanding with business process insight, making it ideal for someone eager to grow in a dynamic, multinational environment.

 

Your role is to:

-> Take ownership of technical and functional ERP incidents, service requests and improvement initiatives, from initial investigation through resolution, testing and implementation, escalating to external partners or vendors when required

-> Maintain support documentation, including tickets, configuration changes, user guides, and FAQs

-> Assist with ERP administration, including user access management, system configuration, release coordination, implementation, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement initiatives

-> Support the administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of server infrastructure and database environments related to business applications, including configuration, patching, upgrades, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring

-> Collaborate with infrastructure engineers, application teams, Key Users, Business Process Managers, and external technology partners to ensure the availability, performance, and security of business-critical systems

-> Support end-user training by preparing materials, providing guidance on application functionalities, and facilitating knowledge transfer

-> Communicate clearly and professionally in English with local and international stakeholders

 

 Required Qualification:

-> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field

-> 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role

-> Demonstrable understanding of business processes within manufacturing, supply chain, or finance environments

-> Basic knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, Windows/Linux environments, and relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server

-> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across application and infrastructure domains

-> Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

-> Ability to identify next steps, manage assigned tasks and backlog items, follow up actions, and communicate blockers proactively with limited supervision

-> Eagerness to learn and adapt in a multicultural, technology-driven environment

 

Preferred skills:

-> Familiarity with ERP platforms such as IFS, SAP, or similar solutions

-> Experience with ticketing platforms such as Jira or ServiceNow

-> Familiarity with documentation and knowledge management tools such as Confluence or SharePoint

-> Exposure to user training, onboarding, or knowledge transfer activities
