  • German-speaking roles: €1500–1800 net/month (€2500–3000 gross), 13 salaries per year 

  • French-speaking roles: €1200–1500 net/month (€2000–2500 gross), 13 salaries per year

Your role is:

-> Assist consumers who contact Support with issues, questions related to our products.

-> Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and live chat.

-> Troubleshoot and guide customers through technical solutions.

-> Document cases accurately and follow up to ensure full resolution.

-> Continuously develop your knowledge through internal training and certifications. 

 

Your skills and experiences:

-> Fluency in German or French (spoken and written) – mandatory. 

-> Good English communication skills (for internal communication). 

-> Strong learning ability and curiosity about networking and IT.

-> Excellent customer service mindset – patientclear, and proactive.

-> Previous experience in technical support or a call center is a plus.
